I saw a Peugeot 505 about 8 months ago at a local supermarket. This is in Canada. I caught a glimpse of the driver, seemed like an elderly woman.

Back in the early 2000s, the hatchbacks (206 and 307) were unbelievably expensive. Today, only the Philippines sells the 508, 3008, 5008 and RCZ. Possibly the miserable lineup because:

a) no hatchbacks yet (208 and 308) due to their targeted market towards the executive side

b) all automatic

c) diesels (actually it isn't much of a bad thing)

I believe they were sold in US/Canada for a limited time during the late 80s/early 90s.
